PhatFunk® Return & Refund Policy

At PhatFunk®, we want you to love what you wear. Every piece we create is made with care — and if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to fix it.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused
-
With all original tags attached
-
In its original packaging
Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
2. How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at hello@phatfunk.co with your order number and the reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
PhatFunk® will arrange return shipping for all approved returns.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping will be free of charge.

For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind, size issues), a return shipping fee of AED 15 will be deducted from your refund.

We accept returns for both defective products and non-defective items (e.g., buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size).
Return Shipping & Address: PhatFunk® provides return shipping labels for all approved returns. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is free. For non-defective returns (change of mind), the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
All returns must be sent to our registered business address: 3403 Executive Tower L, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

For prepaid orders, refunds are made to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or PhatFunk® store credit, as per your preference.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email hello@phatfunk.co with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
7. Eligible & Non-Returnable Items
We accept returns on most items, including sale products. However, we cannot accept returns on:

Gift cards

Customised or personalised items

Items that show signs of wear, wash, or damage not caused during transit
8. Region of Operation
This return and refund policy currently applies to orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.
For international orders, our return policy will be updated once global shipping is activated.
