PhatFunk® Shipping Policy

At PhatFunk®, we make sure your order gets to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Every delivery is handled with care — from our studio to your doorstep.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) through trusted courier partners.
International shipping will be available soon stay tuned for updates on our global rollout.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been packed and shipped, along with tracking details to follow your delivery.

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries.


3. Delivery Timelines

    • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GST), Monday – Friday.

    • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

    • Transit Time: 2–4 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

    • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–6 Business Days for most UAE orders.

    • Remote Areas: Deliveries may take up to 5–7 business days.


4. Shipping Costs & Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over AED 198 within the UAE.

  • A flat AED 15 fee applies to orders below AED 198.

  • Remote Areas: Our standard AED 15 flat rate (or free shipping over AED 198) applies to all UAE locations, including remote areas.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times.
If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order will be returned to us.
In such cases, re-delivery fees may apply.


7. Delays & Liability

We aim to meet all estimated delivery timelines. However, PhatFunk® is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, title and risk pass to you.


8. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the stated timeframe, contact us at hello@phatfunk.co within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).
Please include your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
